At the end of these 10 weeks, you will have:
You know what they mean, look and sound like in a coaching conversation
You will have written feedback on your coaching from ICF trained assessor
Your 10h mentoring hours
A clean refresh on updated ICF competencies
You have a tool to assess your own coaching
You will have new friends, peers you could leverage to grow your skills
You’ll have access to 10+ recordings to continuously learn from
15 hours of coach training (CCE units in evaluation by ICF)
